Refund Policy

UPSC Clipper

If UPSC Clipper Pro doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

Who can get a refund

  • Your first purchase of UPSC Clipper Pro (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime), requested within 7 days of payment.
  • Renewals of a subscription are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • If you were charged twice by mistake, or a technical problem on our side stopped Pro from working, contact us at any time and we'll fix it.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email deccanwebstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Refund – UPSC Clipper".
  2. Include the email address you used to pay and your order ID or licence key (both are in your Dodo Payments receipt).
  3. A short note on what didn't work helps us improve — but it's optional.

What happens next

  • We reply within 2 working days.
  • The refund is issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method (card, UPI, etc.). Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.
  • Your licence key is disabled, and the extension goes back to the Free plan. Your clips stay on your computer.

AutoFlow

If AutoFlow Pro doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

  • Your first purchase of AutoFlow Pro (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime), requested within 7 days of payment.
  • Renewals of a Monthly or Yearly subscription are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • If you were charged twice by mistake, or a technical problem on our side stopped Pro from working, contact us at any time and we'll fix it.
